DESCRIPTION: Claire lives by the mantra carpe diem – seize the day! She, believes that each day presents an opportunity for personal growth through body, mind, and soul. As a dedicated mother, Claire prioritizes her boys’ well-being through a wholesome diet, quality education, and a dedication to martial arts. She loves and lives by Natalia’s approach to health, which emphasizes a way of life that promotes radiant health, longevity, and aligns with all aspects of life. Believing it to be nature’s best secret, Claire knows this knowledge must be shared with the world!

Previously, Claire established the first successful Ashtanga yoga community in JHB, South Africa, which she sadly left behind when her family relocated to the USA. However, she gave custody of this special community to a trusted friend and practitioner who continues to spread the joy of yoga to many.

Today, Claire remains dedicated to her yoga practice as well as meditation, pranayama, movement and strength work. She does jiu-jitsu with her sons and has a great passion for handstands! To live life so wholeheartedly, Claire is eternally grateful to have discovered Natalia’s methodology of “Awaken & Release”.
