Hi Natalia/all! So I lost my enema virginity this morning and definitely found the experience a bit stressful...I'm slightly ocd so literally sterilized my bathroom afterwards lol. Wondering how to relax on whether I'm doing it all perfectly or not, and if using my RO water is fine or if I'm meant to be adding anything to it? Thank you!

Hi Natalia,

After this cleanse is over, how often should we be doing colon cleansing? Should we be doing regular enemas and colonics moving forward and if so, how often? Thank you!!! Excited to be in this cleansing journey!!

Thanks for the wonderful q&a recording. Roughly how many enemas is 3-4 quarts? I've been doing 4 cups (1 quart) and that takes me around 3 goes....that would be around 10-12 if I'm correct with 3-4 quarts - gulp. Am I not taking enough water in or does that sound right? Jumping topics, I was wondering your thoughts on spinach and oxalates? Thanks!

Thank you for an awesome zoom session today on the 16th! You so reaffirmed that doing your own enemas are so gratifying! I have a colon hydrotherapist, but there’s something about doing it myself. I thought it was just me, so when I heard you address that I was so pleased 🙂

My enema this morning about 1/2 way through brought up my extreme pain in my lower jaw (It comes and goes and has been gone for a few days..), I just went with it and it then disappeared by the time I was finished. Crazy how that  And then I heard you say, gas affects the jaw....you just know what to say and when it say it LOL

So far my bladder is doing pretty good...no major flare ups woohooo !!

I think I am going to let go of the coffee enema (which I do at the very end of my series of buckets) and try the Hydogen Peroxide....again.

Thankyou Natalia for your work and words of wisdom xo

Sharon
