How do you protect and support your immune system during the cleansing process? I ask this question in regards to the awakening process in which toxins that have not been eliminated could cause undesired symptoms.

Hello! Today was the first time I did an enema. I read your description above to Margaret which helped me a lot, but was wondering when you know you're done. You mentioned doing 3-4 bags. I did 3 and just "felt" done. Is that the gauge or is there a more tangible measure?

So, if our bowel does not move without the enema, is it advisable to continue using it on a regular basis after the cleanse?
