@meganevangeline  This work addresses parasites. When we remove the waste, we remove the parasites in the waste. So you can be happy about that. Next, by turning the acidic environment into an alkaline environment we remove the habitat that parasites thrive in - so that's another line of attack. They cannot proliferate in a highly oxygenated ecosystem without starches sugars, chemicals, heavy metals, animal fleshes, alcohols, etc. to feast on. The green juices and green salads snuff them out as well! Then we have our "pathogen-eviscerators" which is more or less what you're referring too. Artimesinin (worm wood is a strong parasite killer which I recommed most. Then there are blends like SCRAM which puts a whole host of great pathogen killers into it's formula: clovebud, black walnut hull, wormwood, etc.). That one is a very good one! The parasite removal is intrisic to this work/path/cleanse so you're already addressing it. The food grade Diatomacious Earth and nascent iodine are also great for extinguishing parasites. Remember thought that removing the food and hospitable environment for parasites is fundamental to clearing the systemic issue of parasites. XoN

Hi Natalia,

what time do you finish your food intake for the night and what time do you go to bed? Also how many hours do you usually sleep?

@meganevangeline I have my green juice and pollen circa 6pm and my dinner around 7pm. I enjoy my dinner feast rather slowly. I probably finish around 8:30pm and then I'll get into bed around 9pm and often work and communicate with my US peeps -with the time zone I often stay up late. So, as much as I would like to be asleep by 10pm, it's usually closer to 11pm. I wake up at  6am most every morning. I do best on 8-9 hours sleep but I usually get more like 7 hours but then sneak in a power nap mid-day when I get a window. XoN
