What's a preferred snack during the cleanse when endeavoring an athletic competition i.e. tennis match? I quickly go to Fruit and what would be an alternative? Goat Cheese and veggies?

Can we eat bee pollen with food, or is it better by itself?  What foods does bee pollen combine well with?

@kara-g-reagan It’s far better prior to food. With green juice is best! It’s highly yang, very radiant energy. The body would absorb it without the chaotic interference of other foods. XoN

I know we're supposed to be avoiding oils...but what about butter or ghee?  Can we use either of these to cook with?

I’m curious to know how the dark chocolate can facilitate weight/waste loss.  I absolutely love it but l hope it won’t impinge any potential weight loss during this week.?!?
