Is there a way to roast veggies without oil? I prefer roasted veggies to steamed, but hasn't turned out well without oil. Any tips?

@Sarah Not sure if this will work for the veggies we are enjoying this week, but with sweet potatoes what I've done in the past is cut, then lightly steam first and then roast them oil free -- the wetness helps them roast. It may work with the veggies. I should try it too! Just be sure to watch them as this method can overcook them easily. Maybe check every 5-10 mins.

Aloha Natalia,

A couple quick questions-  Is it important to get a lunch and dinner meal into our day? I find I'm not super hungry until later in the day- I drink my juice around mid morning after cleansing, then I get hungry around 3:00 ish, have a salad and then steamed veggies later if I'm hungry. Yesterday I just had my green drink and a salad with olives and goat cheese and avocado, then some chocolate. Am I eating enough in a 24 hour period? Also, should we try to finish our evening meal a few hours before bedtime? I've heard that giving you body that 12 hour window between dinner and breakfast is really good... going to bed when tummy is full is not so good? And finally, how much time should we allow between juice and solid food or between meals?

Thank you! Mahalo 😉

If fresh bee pollen is not available, will freeze dried suffice?

Would you distinguish the tangerines that are grown in my backyard between what’s sold in the market? Are these tangerines considered wild? My mom has been taking care of our garden.

I surprised myself for not missing fruits this week but there will be a time for sure I would be tempted to have some.

I just like to share some of my experiences this week because I won’t be able to join the call live.

I think I overate this week because I was afraid of feeling deprived. So much cellulose coming out of the tube. And my enlightener session has been very long every day. I wanted to do two sessions yesterday because I ate too much salad and soup and couldn’t move for a few hours and started to bloat a lot but I didn’t have time.  Each session has been about 1hr 30min plus cleaning up(it’s very complicated to do this in Japanese bathroom system, so it takes a lot of time cleaning)

the first day of this cleanse, I listened to the entire session of Spring Triumphant, while I was on my enlightener. The audio was 1hr 45min long!

These have been the longest sessions I’ve done with my enlightener.
I’m happy that I’m setting my path right.

I also appreciate so much of what you shared yesterday in Q&A in regards to setting boundaries with others.

That basically answered the question I asked in another post. I’ve been feeling uncomfortable when I meet new people, especially Japanese.

I’ve been traveling a lot and meeting new people in Japan and the typical path is to go eat something together. And I’ve compromised a lot of things and I had to pretend I’m happy etc...

(btw, Japan has been the weirdest place in the world during pandemic. Everything seems to be functioning normally....with caution of course.. traveling, concerts etc)

Now I know the uncomfortableness was my soul screaming at me.

When I meet foreigner in Japan, it’s easy to express my preferences but with Japanese I put my armor on because I know their thick wall of social conditioning in the homogeneous society and I end up colliding with what’s acceptable.

It’s time to step up for me. This country offers me so much beauty in other ways, so I can make peace with some dirty difficulties this particular land brings.

Thank you soooo much Natalia for doing this cleanse. Such a perfect timing and being the beacon of light for all of us 😍 😍 😍

Hello all! Going forward what are the best things to incorporate back into my diet. Eating only veggies isn't sustainable for me at this point. I've been eating very healthy for a long time, but love my grains/sweet potato/olive oil/ghee and salt! I don't use a lot, but love to put warm rice on my cold salads - especially in the winter. I stay away from dairy, but used a little goat cheese this past week, but for my body I think it might be better to add in some fruit (berries/apple) or sweet potato/quinoa instead of the goat cheese. I'd love to get your thoughts on this!

@laura1i agree and looking forward to hearing her speak in this! I’m still struggling with the concept that the goat cheese is a cleaner choice than a sweet potato and need more elaboration. I’ve been eating it this week but normally steer clear of all animal products as well. 🙂
